Shipping policy

Boss Balance orders are fulfilled by our partner, Influencers Link, and shipped via UPS or USPS.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Eligible addresses and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders ship within 2 business days. Orders received by noon may ship the following business day. Federal holidays can affect processing schedules.

Rates and delivery estimates

Free Standard shipping is available for eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Your shipping option and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout.

In addition to order processing time, estimated carrier transit times are:

• USPS Domestic (US): 3–8 business days.
• UPS Domestic (US): 3–6 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, staffing shortages and holiday order volume may affect delivery times.

Tracking your order

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Carriers may not scan packages immediately at pickup, so please allow a day for tracking to update. A package may occasionally arrive a day after being marked delivered.
